hey, hi & hello!
We’re Aimee and Kat 👋
First and foremost, we’re therapists. We know what it’s like to support clients through the hardest moments of their lives and we also know how challenging it can be to navigate the business side of private practice.
We quickly realised building a business is a whole new skillset that comes with navigating tricky conflicting conversations and along the way we found ourselves asking questions like:
Do I charge the cancellation fee? Will they be upset? Am I being too rigid? What if they leave?
As therapists, we’re naturally wired to understand, empathise and support. But building a sustainable practice requires us to also develop the confidence to hold boundaries that protect our time, energy and capacity.
Through building our own thriving private practice, supporting hundreds of clinicians, and creating The Psychology Sisters Podcast and The Psych Collaborative, we’ve learned that sustainable practices aren’t built on avoiding uncomfortable conversations, they’re built on having them with clarity and compassion.
This workshop will help you move from second-guessing your cancellation policy to confidently communicating and reducing the rate of cancellations.
Because boundaries don’t make you a less caring therapist, they help you continue doing the work you love.
Want to continue to evolve your practice?
We know you'll love these!
